Commercial & Contract Management
We ensure that a project is being properly managed and that all parties adhere to the contractual elements during the multiple RIBA Stages of a project. This can be via pre-contract change requests or through post contract management of changes. We also monitor the internal processes such as cash flow, and manage external relationships with customers, clients and partners (including funding parties).
Incorporating all of the above, this dovetails into the overarching role in monitoring the financial performance and managing any risks there may be to achieving forecasts; whether known at the start of a project or introduced during the projects evolution.
