Fire safety remedial works
We act as Employers Agent and Contract Administrators (including Quantity Surveyors) on fire-safety remedial schemes. This includes cladding, compartmentation, external balconies and other associated works. We advise clients from the very outset of the Application for funding through to completion and close-out of the project - and all the various gateways. We work with Homes England, DLUHC and directly for Agents and RTMs. We have an excellent track record backed up by extensive successful projects and testimonials.
