Bio
Dan is a highly motivated Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years experience in the construction industry, working on complex and challenging projects across the U.K. ranging in value from £1M to £85M. His experience covers most sectors and includes, but is not limited to, Education, Commercial, Heritage, Mixed-Use Development, Infrastructure and Utilities.
Dan has previous experience of working for leading UK-based and international cost consultancies, having taken up senior roles within the local teams. His experience is wide-ranging including extensive knowledge in cost management, technical advisory and contract administration through a project lifecycle.
Dan's key attributes are in developing strong relationships with clients, design professionals and construction delivery partners, and having a considered and detailed approach to work with the main focus on providing clients with a best in class experience.
