Sean is a highly accomplished dual qualified, dual-chartered construction professional with 20 years experience providing cost and project management (including Employers Agent / Contract administrator), commercial management (including change control), and claims/expert quantum services (negotiation, mediation and adjudication), on complex and often high-value construction projects throughout Australia, the Middle East, and the U.K, with project values typically £1-100m.
Sean has previously held local and regional Senior Management positions at well-known international cost and project management consultancies.
His experience includes extensive JCT and NEC experience, spanning a variety of sectors, including the built environment (commercial, mixed-use, retail and residential), resources (mining), civil & infrastructure works (roads, airport and rail), sciences (enzyme fermentation) and utilities (water).
